Frequently Asked Questions
-
What destinations do you book?
-
We book domestic and international destinations of all sizes. No matter where you want to go, we can help you get there.
-
-
Do you offer payment plans?
-
For trips at least 45 days away, you may have the opportunity to pay a small deposit and spread the remaining balance over a flexible payment plan. We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, so you can choose how often you'd like to make payments, as long as the full balance is paid by the deadline.
-
All vacations must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure. However, if a payment plan is not available, full payment is due at the time of booking.
-
-
How do payments work?
-
It depends on the services booked.
-
If applicable, we will send a secure Credit Card Authorization form to collect your initial deposit, and for future payments, you will complete a Payment Form found within your trip portal. Otherwise payment is due in full at the time of booking.
-
-
What method of payment do you accept?
-
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
-
We do not accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Cryptocurrency, checks, or money orders.
-
-
Is my trip refundable?
-
It depends on the selections made during the initial inquiry whether or not it will be a travel credit or cash refund. However, it is mandatory that you purchase trip insurance in order to be eligible for a refund. Once you purchase trip insurance at the time of booking, your trip is refundable (minus the cost of the insurance.)

-
After receiving my quote, how long do I have to make my deposit?
-
Prices and availability are subject to change daily at any time without submission of the deposit.
-
We will check on the current pricing of your trip once you are ready to make a deposit.
-
-
Will I pay more when working with a travel agent?
-
Our fees are transparent. Booking through a travel agent will not result in paying more. We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our fees.
-
Travel Agents only receive the research fee from you, all other payments come straight from the vendor.

What are the perks of booking with an agent?
-
In most cases a travel agent can get you a cheaper rate for your travel. Other times, we can match the rate of another company or apply a promo code to get it lower (if available). Except with some OTA’s (Online Travel Agencies) such as BookIt, BookVip, Groupon etc. The packages they offer would have to match “Apples to Apples'' to what our quote is in order for us to match them. Most times OTA rates are cheaper because they require you to do a Timeshare presentation to get their rates once you arrive at your resort or at some point during your stay. As well as in their fine print they list that they have the right to move you to a different resort, other than the one you selected and paid for, if the resort is fully booked for your travel dates. The resort may give their regular price paying customers first preference and move you to an alternate location without warning.
-
In addition, we offer other things OTA's don't, such as lower deposits, low monthly payment plans and the option to finance your trip over time. In most cases without an agent, you must pay Upfront & in Full. We also specialize in group travel including Destination Weddings, and handle everyone's travel arrangements from start to finish alleviating the stress of planning such a trip on your own. We are also available to our clients 24hrs a day during travel. We have established relationships with tons of vendors so we can offer additional incentives and perks that some larger companies can’t. & we actually care, if your flight is missed, or your trip is interrupted, etc. You make contact with us to help get your trip back on track, easy. These are just some of many perks involved with allowing a GOOD travel agent to arrange your travel.

Do you recommend Travel Insurance?
-
Yes! We highly recommend adding travel insurance to every package no matter the destination. Insurance is a great way to protect your investment. Travel insurance not only protects you from things such as trip interruption and loss of luggage. It also gives you the ability to cancel for any reason, as well as provides added health coverage for unforeseen sickness or injuries while on vacation.

What is included in an all-inclusive package?
-
Great question! Packages come with round-trip flights, an all-inclusive resort (food & drinks included). You can also add-on travel insurance and ground roundtrip airport transportation to and from the resort. Please note that Hawaii, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas are apart of the United States and do NOT offer all-Inclusive options.
